At the heart of our expertise lies the Forming Fabric—a meticulously woven mesh of Polyester & Polyamide Monofilament yarns. This intricate fabric plays a crucial role in the wet-end of paper machines. As pulp, consisting of over 95% water and cellulose fibre, is released over the moving fabric, gravitational and vacuum forces drain the water, leaving behind fibres to form a wet sheet of paper. The mechanical dewatering in the forming section is pivotal for the final paper quality, as any irregularities here cannot be rectified later in the paper machine. This wet sheet is subsequently transferred onto felt and then into a dryer section to transform it into a dry, usable sheet of paper.
Our product range includes Forming Fabrics & Press Felts for the wet-end and Woven Dryer Screens & Spiral Link Dryer Screens for the dry-end section, designed for sophisticated and high-speed paper machines. With a commitment to global excellence, over 30% of our production is exported to 25+ countries. Additionally, we manufacture woven fabrics for the pulp section, paper machine clothing, technical textiles, paperboard, and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) where effluents are treated and fibre is recovered.
