Continuous Learning is part of every member's job. Wires & Fabriks policy assures that all employees from our CEO to our three-shift operators receive no fewer than 24 exposure hours of new formal learning every year. Wires & Fabriks strictly adheres to ISO 9001:2000 mandated training and each employee has a carefully maintained training and education history file. Wires & Fabriks employees receive on going learning opportunities through customized programs that are designed in-house, as well as presentation from outside trainers. Wires & Fabriks looks to its customers and vendors, to industry gurus and trade organizations, as well as to local institutions for training programs, to ensure a well rounded employee knowledge base. Wires & Fabriks encourages its employees to attend outside seminars and participate in self development programmes, offering education and training in both behavioral and job specific subject areas.
